CA Gaurav Khanna has 11+ years of experience in transfer pricing, cross-border tax, corporate tax, tax due diligence and tax disputes as well as representation, VAT/GST compliance and representation. Gaurav is associated with TPSG to various issues ranging from cross-border tax, transfer pricing, dispute resolution, GST audits. His experience includes working as an Associate Director-Taxation with a Business Consulting set-up based out of Gurgaon and Dubai as well as working as a Assistant Tax controller with a large Indian set-up dealing in securities and financial market. He has assisted clients in streamlining transfer pricing policies, resolving complex cross- border tax issues, robust documentation and tax representations. He has assisted the management in development of VAT practice in the UAE. He was also part of core team for preparing a detailed roadmap for development and expansion of Direct Tax practice of the group across MENA Region. Gaurav is a Chartered Accountant who has exposure across array of industries including automobile, e-commerce, IT & ITES, telecommunication and networking, heavy equipment manufacturing, footwear & apparels.
